What They Do:
Literacy Volunteers of Santa Fe (LVSF) is a local, non-profit organization with the mission of providing free tutoring to adults in reading, writing and speaking English to strengthen community, families, and workforce. LVSF also assists students who are interested in becoming United States Citizens.
Since its founding date in 1985, more than 4,000 trained, volunteer tutors have provided close to 460,000 hours of instruction to over 12,000 adults throughout Santa Fe County.
